An interactive Flying Futures workshop roadshow running from November 2022 will build relationships between local schools, the public, the airport, STEM education providers, local aerospace research and development organisations and industry-based engineers.
We are looking for local engineer volunteers to help design hands-on activities and join in with the events. The activities you help us design will form part of the planned permanent public engagement offer in the new home of the Vulcan XH558.
Volunteer with us to:
join the STEM Ambassador network and apply for your DBS certificate
gain skills, experience and confidence in public outreach and engagement
inspire the next generation of engineers and makers.
